Sprint launches Best Buy One Family Plan – Two lines with Unlimited Talk, Text and High Speed Data for only $100/month

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (BUSINESS WIRE), June 29, 2015 – Best Buy (NYSE:BBY) and Sprint (NYSE:S) today introduced the Best Buy One Family PlanSM, a way for families to enjoy their smartphones worry-free. For just $100/month the Best Buy One Family Plan provides two lines of unlimited talk, text and high speed data (excluding taxes and fees )1, all while on the Sprint network. Families can add up to eight lines for $40/month/line. With unlimited data, consumers are freed from worrying about high bills based on how much data they are using.

Enjoying daily life with the unlimited support of a smartphone sets Sprint apart from its competitors. In fact, AT&T and Verizon no longer sell unlimited data to their customers. Compared to T-Mobile, Sprint customers save nearly $400 over two years for two unlimited lines and two Samsung Galaxy S 6 leases.

With Sprint Lease, only available from Sprint, qualified customers pay zero out of pocket at lease signing for their smartphone. At the conclusion of the lease period, customers in good standing have several options, including returning the smartphone and leasing another device or purchasing it.

In March, Best Buy and Sprint introduced the Best Buy One PlanSM, an industry-first, all-inclusive plan that gives customers unlimited talk, text and data, plus the hottest Sprint smartphones for one low monthly price (excluding taxes and fees). The Best Buy One Family Plan provides Best Buy customers another great offer with unlimited talk, text and high-speed data.

New customers and existing customers upgrading into a lease or Easy Pay installment billing at Best Buy can take advantage of the Best Buy One Family Plan at all Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores.

1To improve data experience for the majority of users, throughput may be limited, varied or reduced on the network. Streaming video speeds will be limited to 600Kbps at all times, which may impact quality. Sprint may terminate service if off-network roaming usage in a month exceeds: (1) 800 min. or a majority of min.; or (2) 100MB or a majority of KB. Prohibited network use rules apply—seesprint.com/termsandconditions.
