Frisco, TX, April 7, 2015 – GENBAND™ a leading provider of real time communications software solutions, today announced John D’Annunzio as the Senior Vice President of Global Channel Sales. In his new role Mr. D’Annunzio will be responsible for revenue generation for the company through strategic global integrator partners and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) including Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, NEC and HP.

Prior to joining GENBAND, Mr. D’Annunzio held various executive sales positions at AudioCodes including Vice President of Global Accounts Sales, Vice President of North America Sales and Director of OEM Sales. Mr. D’Annunzio has also served in several leadership roles at Blue Wave Systems and Newell-Rubbermaid. Additionally, he was an instructor pilot in the United States Air Force where he participated in Operations Just Cause, Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Mr. D’Annunzio holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.
