Appointments Strengthen Integra’s Technology, Business Unit Leadership

Vancouver, Wash. – April 7, 2015 – Following the recent formation of its Integra Business and Electric Lightwave business units, Integra™, a provider of fiber-based, carrier-grade networking, communications and technology solutions, has made several executive appointments as the company builds out its leadership team to advance the benefits of its strategic network assets, customer-dedicated resources and fiber-driven technology offerings to organizations in the mid-market and enterprise segments.

Christopher Camut joins Integra Business April 13 as president. Christopher brings a wealth of executive experience to Integra’s mid-market business unit, having served in leadership roles in communications, software and technology services providers. Camut’s expertise in infrastructure-as-a-service and managed services aligns with Integra’s strong and growing portfolio of services that help businesses maximize the value and efficiency of their network solutions. Camut most recently served as CEO of Ajubeo, a Boulder-based IaaS provider, and holds degrees from the University of Toledo.

Scot Oslund joins Electric Lightwave as vice president, premier channel. Oslund comes to Electric Lightwave with more than 30 years of telecommunications experience, most recently with tw telecom, where he led wholesale and carrier sales. At Electric Lightwave, Oslund will oversee sales and account management for key customers in tier one markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Oslund will report to Dan Stoll. Stoll was named president of Electric Lightwave in January after 15 years with Integra where he most recently served as the company’s senior vice president of strategy and development.

In addition to new hires Camut and Oslund, Integra has promoted Jason Koenders to the newly formed office of chief technology officer. As CTO and senior vice president, Koenders assumes leadership of Integra’s product development organization, overseeing the company’s expanding portfolio of managed and cloud services and networking solutions as well as innovations in fiber-based products that tap the vast resources of the company’s fiber infrastructure. Koenders’ responsibilities also include functions that have been traditionally related to IT, such as internal infrastructure and application development, in addition to the responsibilities he held in his previous role as Integra’s senior vice president, engineering and network planning.

“January marked a major step in the strategic direction of our organization, and these key appointments and the proven, innovative leadership they bring put considerable muscle behind our execution of the vision we’ve set forth,” said Robert Guth, Integra interim president and CEO. “These leaders and the solutions they will create for our customers will continue to position Integra Business and Electric Lightwave to deliver a differentiated and uniquely high-touch customer experience backed by the power and utility of our fiber assets.”
