Serbian operator Telekom Srbijahas signed an agreement to implement Ericsson’s (NASDAQ:ERIC, news, filings) software suite, Charging and Billing in One solution, for its residential and corporate mobile and fixed-line subscribers, enabling the completion of the transformation of its business support systems (BSS).

The implementation is the final step in a transformation process that began in 2011 and will provide the Serbian operator the flexibility to offer a wide range of promotions, discounts, incentive programs, targeted campaigns, cross-service bundles and differentiated tariffs to its customers and also allowing them to have full real-time control over their spending.
