Sets up center-of-excellence dedicated to leveraging Kandy’s one-of-a-kind real time communications Platform-as-a-Service
San Francisco, CA, February 4, 2015 – GENBAND, a leading developer of real time communications software solutions, today announced that Tech Mahindra, a global leader in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering solutions has joined the GENBAND Kandy Partner Ecosystem. The alliance with Kandy enables Tech Mahindra to quickly deliver innovative, real time communications capabilities for enterprises and service providers around the world. Tech Mahindra is creating a center-of-excellence dedicated to leveraging the entire Kandy communications Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).

The contest, which runs through April 23, awards $30,000 in prizes to the best and most innovative real time communications apps that can leverage Kandy. GENBAND also recently introduced the KandyMobile, a state-of-the-art RV fully equipped with Kandy technology that kicked off its North America tour at Tech Mahindra’s North America Sales Event in late January. The KandyMobile will travel to events and companies throughout the US and Canada to provide everyone from developers to C-level executives the opportunity to personally experience Kandy. The KandyMobile has upcoming stops planned in Dallas, Phoenix, Orlando, Toronto and New York City.
