Sprint Announces Pricing of $1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (BUSINESS WIRE), February 19, 2015 – Sprint Corporation (NYSE:S, news, filings) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.625% notes due 2025. The sale of the notes is expected to close on Feb. 24, 2015.

Sprint intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, working capital requirements, retirement or service requirements of outstanding debt and network expansion and modernization.
