The company is introducing service to enterprises and data center customers in Westchester and Fairfieldcounties, The Bronx, as well as Greenwich and Stamford, Conn.

The New York/Connecticut expansion is part of a national multi-market effort by the company to expand its metro fiber footprint across the country this year. As part of this effort, tw telecom has already entered into four new markets – Salt Lake City, Richmond, Va.,Boston and Philadelphia – and plans to enter into one additional new market – Cleveland– this year. The company is also accelerating the density of its metro-fiber footprint in more than a third of its existing markets.
