Enterprise Customers, Rich Product Offerings Drive Massive Sales Growth for Managed and Cloud Solutions

Portland, Ore. – July 1, 2014 – Mitel® (NASDAQ:MITL) (TSX:MNW), a global leader in business communications, has named Integra™, a provider of fiber-based, carrier-grade networking, communications and technology solutions, its Top Cloud Partner in North America for 2013. The honor recognizes Integra’s leadership among carriers in sales of Mitel solutions to enable cloud services. Integra’s Managed and Cloud Services, incorporating Mitel technologies and Integra’s Managed Voice Services, help businesses achieve all of the benefits of moving to the cloud.

Integra’s Managed and Cloud Services comprise a full suite of high-bandwidth data networking, Internet and voice services that assure the highest levels of feature functionality, performance and security. Managed and Cloud Services allow businesses to avoid capital expenditures associated with on-premises equipment as well as the staff time and operating expense of administering and maintaining such equipment, while enjoying the benefits of Integra’s fiber-based network infrastructure and secure, carrier-class remote hosting environments. The story of one customer’s success using a Mitel-powered, Integra hosted solution can be found here.

“Integra success with Mitel in bringing its customers to the cloud – and the cloud to its customers – shows the power of cloud services to help enterprises realize transformative gains in flexibility, scalability and cost-efficiency from their network infrastructures,” said Martyn Etherington, chief marketing officer and chief of staff. “As this recognition demonstrates, Integra has the cloud expertise and proven ability to deliver value with Mitel and help our joint customers to succeed.”

Mitel‘s own sales data shows the significant growth in cloud technology adoption driven by Integra’s offerings. According to Mitel, from 2012 to 2013, Integra recorded an increase of more than 50 percent in the number of seats sold for its Managed Voice Services. In the same timeframe, Integra had 86 percent year-over-year cloud sales revenue growth with Mitel, signifying increased customer adoption and successful deployments of Integra cloud solutions powered by Mitel.

“We’re honored to receive this recognition from Mitel for the results we’ve achieved as partners,” said Joseph Harding, chief marketing officer at Integra. “Mitel technologies and expertise help us streamline sales and service delivery to our customer’s benefit.
