Fun in the Sun and Pool with Kyocera Hydro Vibe

It is summer and for many that means beach, pool and water parks. And, the last thing you want to worry about is dropping your phone in the pool. Kyocera Hydro Vibe is a great, waterproof smartphone that will allow you to stay connected and capture all the fun without the worry of it getting wet. In fact, Kyocera Hydro Vibe is certified waterproof for IPX5 and IPX7, and can be submerged in up to 3.28 feet (one meter) of water for up to 30 minutes. However, the phone should be dried as quickly as possible when wet and the battery door should be properly sealed to ensure that the device is waterproof.

We provided our Sprint Mom Ambassadors with Kyocera Hydro Vibe and asked them to put the phone to the test as they traveled to beach and pool this summer with their families. Here is what some of them are saying about Kyocera Hydro Vibe.

Corrine from Wondermom Wannabe
“My biggest regret in testing the Kyocera Hydro Vibe is that I didn’t know about it sooner. I’ve spent literally hundreds of dollars on protective cases for my family’s phones because of the hundreds of dollars we lost when previous phones were destroyed after being dropped. One of my son’s phones was ruined when a friend pushed him into a pool as a prank unaware that my son’s phone was in his pocket.”

Raijean from Swa-Rai Blog
“I got a chance to play with this phone over the last month and was pleasantly surprised at how it stood up to not only a trip to the waterpark but a trip to Essence Fest and more. This phone can definitely take a beating, the boychild couldn’t even break this phone. My favorite feature on the phone was the 4.5 inch qHD impact-resistant touchscreen display. I dropped this phone several times and the screen stayed intact! This really is the perfect phone for summer and beyond.”
