MANKATO, Minn., March 11, 2014 — HickoryTech Corporation (NASDAQ:HTCO, news, filings) today announced its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of HickoryTech common stock. The $0.15 dividend is payable in the second quarter on June 5, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2014.
