(NASDAQ:BSFT, news, filings) today announced that Chief Technology Officer Scott Hoffpauir will discuss how mobile operators can meet the demand by enterprises for mobile unified communications, while also monetizing their LTE investments, at two global Informa LTE events – LTE Latin America in Rio de Janeiro Brazil (April 29-30th, 2014), and LTE World Summit in Amsterdam, Netherlands (June 23-25th, 2014).
Mobile operators are in an enviable position of two converging market trends: growing enterprise demand for mobile unified communications (UC), and the desire by mobile operators to extend their business service capabilities. In these sessions, Mr. Hoffpauir will draw upon BroadSoft’s knowledge of the unified communications requirements of small, medium and large enterprises and its IMS experience to demonstrate how mobile operators are well positioned to meet their financial objectives – higher ARPU and improved bottom line – even as they invest in their LTE network transformation.
The growing availability of LTE networks improves the value proposition for UC, but mobile operators need to stake their claim today by offering these services to the New Mobile Enterprise. At LTE Latin America and LTE World Summit, Mr. Hoffpauir will address these opportunities, as well as the LTE monetization opportunities these new services provide. At each event, Mr. Hoffpauir will participate in the session, “Driving New Revenue with LTE Enabled Enterprise Solutions,” and address the following areas:
