Equinix Ranked Number 433 Fastest Growing Company in North America on Deloitte’s 2013 Technology Fast 500

Attributes 169 Percent Revenue Growth to Increasing Customer Demand for Cloud and Financial Services

(NASDAQ:EQIX, news, filings), the global interconnection and data center company, today announced it ranked 433rd on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. This is the fourth consecutive year that Equinix has been included on the list. The Deloitte Technology Fast 500 ranks companies based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth from 2008 to 2012, and Equinix grew 169 percent during this period.

In order to be eligible for Technology Fast 500 recognition, companies must own proprietary intellectual property or technology that is sold to customers in products that contribute to a majority of the company’s operating revenues.
