announces industry-leading turn-up SLA for 10G between Baltimore, Washington D . C ., and Ashburn , Virginia
Baltimore, MD–August  28, 2013-To meet growing market demand, 24/7 Mid – Atlantic Network is launching Transport and Ethernet Services across its footprint. 24/7 is deploying the Ciena 6500Packet OpticalPlatform to provide flexible, high-speed, high-capacity bandwidth services and applications.Coupled with its Colocation and Dark Fiber services, 24/7 is now in a position to offer complete service flexibility to its customers.

The company is building core routes that will interconnect Baltimore, Washington, D . C ., and Ashburn, Virginia. On these paths 24/7 will offer an unprecedented 24 – hour turn – up guarantee on 10G services. Along with its long – haul assets, 24/7 has deep metro assets in Baltimore and Washington, D . C., with thousands of near – net buildings and extensive reach throughout the data center community in Ashburn, Virginia.
The needs of individual customers will vary and 24/7 can accommodate accordingly with its wide array of Ethernet and Wavelength service options.
