The paper, titled “Excel in Operation Transformation – Managed Services for Total Value of Ownership” reflects recent research commissioned by Huawei, in support of its long-standing assertion that the Managed Services industry needs to adapt and change to meet the needs of today’s Communications Service Providers (CSPs).
