Pinpoint’s expanded presence in Chicago brings national and international carriers to the Midwest
Omaha, Neb April 22, 2013 – Pinpoint Network Solutions (PPNS), the primary provider of telecom backbone service to carriers and enterprise companies in the Midwest, will be announcing their new presence in 350 E. Cermak Chicago, IL. This announcement will be made at the upcoming International Telecoms Week May 13th – 15th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Chicago.
The new presence, to be completed in early May, is consistent with Pinpoint’s core business of bringing high cap bandwidth and content to local carriers and enterprise companies across the Midwest. “It’s been a long standing goal of our company to bring innovative telecom solutions to our customers,” stated Mike Urdahl, President of Pinpoint Network Solutions. “We felt that this move, which allows us to make interconnections with top tier national and international carriers, is exactly what our customers want.”
350 E. Cermak will be an addition to the current PPNS fiber network that runs from Denver to Chicago. The network currently hosts connections at several of the leading carrier hotels in the Midwest such as the Denver Gas and Electric building operated by 910 Telecom, 1623 Farnam in Omaha, 666 Walnut Des Moines Iowa and 600 S. Federal in Chicago. As well as, data centers in North Platte and Omaha Nebraska. The new addition of 350 E. Cermak also brings the ability to expand their popular Ethernet Exchange Model to rural carriers in unserved and under-served areas across the Midwest.
