Overture Executives to Speak at Comptel Plus Spring 2013 Convention & Expo

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, Feb. 26, 2013Overture, the preferred Carrier Ethernet edge and aggregation partner for service providers and network operators worldwide, today announced its executives’ participation at Comptel Plus Spring 2013 Convention and Expo to be held March 10-13 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Prayson Pate, Overture’s chief technologist, will be speaking on Monday, March 11th at 1:30 PM in Pinyon Ballroom 3. Pate will present his views and insight during the panel discussion “A Key to Network Evolution: Trends in Ethernet over Copper.” Additionally, Pate will be presenting short briefs entitled “Bringing the Benefits of the Cloud to the Metro Edge” in the Overture booth #301 twice hourly during the exhibition on March 11th and 12th.

Scott Knox, Overture’s director of solutions development will be speaking Tuesday, March 12th at 9:05 AM in Pinyon Ballroom 5. Knox will be speaking on behalf of the MEF and participating on a panel entitled “Application and Vertical Market Drivers for Carrier Ethernet Access Services.”
