In this role, Mike is responsible for all facets of network operations, including process improvements, quality assurance, technical customer care and training.

Taylor brings to DukeNet years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in both engineering and operations with T-Mobile, where he held positions across regional and national engineering and operations organizations.
