Betsy has more than 25 years of Operations, Service Delivery and Customer Care experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Fiberlight, Betsy was the Director of Technical Operations for Comcast, of which she oversaw all installation and maintenance for over 400k subscribers. Betsy has also held executive-level operations, Service Delivery and Field operation positions with eSpire, Xspedius, and Time Warner Telecom.
Located at FiberLight’s Atlanta, Georgia headquarters, Ms. Powell will be reporting to Chief Operating Officer, Paul Pierron. “I had the pleasure of working with Betsy at Xspedius and am excited with the operational and customer experience she can bring to our team. Starting immediately, as Vice President of Service Delivery Betsy will be responsible for the development and management of FiberLight’s customer implementation operations and back office systems.
