Digital Realty Acquires Operating Data Centre in Sydney

Institutional quality data centre fully leased to leading IT products and services provider

SYDNEY, Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:DLR, news, filings), a leading global provider of data centre solutions, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 23-25 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, a 7,500 square-meter data centre in Sydney, Australia. The property is currently fully leased to a leading global provider of IT products and services on a long-term basis.  The purchase price was AU$11.75 million.
