Xand Appoints Keith Markley as Chief Operating Officer and Announces Data Center Expansion Projects in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts

HAWTHORNE, N.Y., July 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Xand Holdings LLC, a leading Northeast data center, cloud and managed services provider for the enterprise, today announced the appointment of Keith Markley as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Mr. Markley will join the executive management team which oversees corporate strategy, planning and all of its operations.

Xand is currently expanding three of its data center facilities in New York, Connecticut andMassachusetts with more than six (6) megawatts of new power and 25,000 square feet of premium raised floor colocation and business continuity space under construction. Mr. Markley will oversee all of these projects, which are scheduled for completion in the third and fourth quarters of 2012.

In addition, Mr. Markley is a former legislator, serving two terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
