Wayne & Associates recently enlisted the company to supplement its existing voice and data package with secure cloud and end-to-end private network services. The implementation will provide the insurance broker with the virtual workforce capabilities and enhanced data protection it needs to improve overall efficiency.
Alexander J. Wayne & Associates provides professional liability and asset coverage not typically offered by most insurers. The Chicago-based company first partnered with Cbeyond in 2007 for a combination of voice, data, website and Microsoft Hosted Exchange services. As the company grew, it needed more bandwidth for various applications, including remote desktop capabilities to enable its employees to log additional hours from home. An IT upgrade also created an opportunity for Alexander J. Wayne & Associates to better secure its data by moving its server offsite and implementing greater disaster recovery and prevention solutions.
