Frontier Communications Names Paul Quick as Vice President and GM of Pennsylvania Operations

DALLAS, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Frontier Communications (NYSE:FTR, news, filings), a leading provider of broadband, voice, data and satellite television services, announced the appointment of Paul Quick as Vice President and General Manager of Pennsylvania. In this role, Quick will oversee field operations and be responsible for every aspect of the customer experience. Frontier’s Pennsylvania operations span 24 eastern and central counties and serve approximately 437,000 access lines and broadband subscribers, with state headquarters based in Dallas, Pa.

Quick most recently served as President of CSS Industries’ Paper Magic Group, a position he held since 2008 and where he was responsible for overall business strategy, product development, sales and marketing and P&L for CSS social expression products. Prior to this, he was VP/General Manager for the Walgreens Team for Hallmark Cards, leading a team of 350 full-time professionals to support Hallmark’s third largest customer. Between 2000-2006, he was President of the Image Arts division of Hallmark and earlier, General Manager of its Specialty Products division. He served as General Manager in the Emerging Brands and Channels Division, Internal Audit Director in the Corporate Finance Division, and Marketing Manager for Season Greeting Cards.

Quick received an MBA from Pepperdine University, a BS in Business Administration from Drake University, and executive education in Minority Board Director Development and Consumer Marketing Strategy at Northwestern University. He served on the board of the Alliance for Children and Families and was a board member and Chairman for Heart of America Family Services. He and his family reside in Shavertown, Pennsylvania.
