STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Frontier Communications Corporations (NYSE:FTR, news, filings) announced today that Gregory H. Lundberg has been named Vice President of Investor Relations and Assistant Treasurer. He reports to Donald R. Shassian, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Before Frontier, Lundberg was President of Communications Equity Research, LLC, a top-ranked independent equity research firm covering the telecommunications, media, and technology industries. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in Equity Research at Morgan Stanley covering telecommunications, and also an Associate Director in Equity Research at Bear, Stearns & Co. covering telecommunications. Earlier, he was Assistant Vice President in the Media & Communications Finance Group at Banque Paribas focused on senior debt lending. He began his career at The Bank of New York as a credit analyst in U.S. Commercial Banking.
Lundberg earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Colby College and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
