Verizon Chairman and CEO to Address World Health Care Congress

NEW YORK – Lowell McAdam, chairman and chief executive officer of Verizon, will join health care information technology leaders during a session at the ninth annual World Health Care Congress conference in the Washington, D.C., area on April 17. McAdam will speak about how Verizon is enabling the transformation of the U.S. health care industry through the use of technology. He will be joined onstage by Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong of NantWorks and Dr. Charles Sorenson of Intermountain Health Care.
