Digital Realty Trust, Inc. Declares Quarterly Common and Preferred Stock Dividends

SAN FRANCISCO, April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:DLR, news, filings), a leading global provider of data center solutions today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized quarterly common and preferred stock dividends for the second quarter of 2012.

Common Stock Dividend
Digital Realty’s Board of Directors authorized a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.73 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2012.  The common stock dividend will be paid on June 29, 2012.

Series D Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock Dividend
The Company’s Board of Directors authorized a preferred stock dividend of $0.34375 per share to holders of record of the Company’s 5.500% Series D Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock as of the close of business on June 15, 2012. The Series D Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock dividend will be paid on June 29, 2012.

Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Dividend
The Company’s Board of Directors authorized a preferred stock dividend of $0.43750 per share to holders of record of the Company’s 7.000% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on June 15, 2012. The Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock dividend will be paid on June 29, 2012.

Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Dividend
The Company’s Board of Directors authorized a preferred stock dividend of $0.39566 per share to holders of record of the Company’s 6.625% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on June 15, 2012. The Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock dividend will be paid on June 29, 2012.
