Fibertech Awarded Highest Marks for Service and Operations Excellence in Industry-Wide Survey
Strengthening its position as one of the nation’s the top metro providers, Fibertech Networks recently earned three Customer Choice Awards at Metro Connect USA, an industry conference held on February 28-29, 2012, in Miami, FL.
Fibertech was recognized by ATLANTIC-ACM in the first ever Customer Choice Awards where carriers were ranked based on anonymous customer ratings in three key areas including wireline, wireless and emerging customers. Fibertech swept three major awards winning Best in Class for Operational Excellence for Servicing Wireline Customers; Best in Class for Metro Data ServicesServicing Wireline Customers; and Best in Overall Metro Carrier Excellence.

The awards were based on surveys for ATLANTIC-ACM’s 2011 Metro Carrier Report Card, which included more than 1,500 individual ratings of carriers by their wholesale customers. To be nominated for an award, a carrier had to have been rated among the top three performing carriers in three key verticals – wireline, wireless and emerging customers.
