Birch Communications Completes Build-out of the Birch IP-Network in Kansas City

Completes a multi-year effort to upgrade our network to 100%

Kansas City, Mo. – Nov. 21, 2011Job Done! Birch Communications, a leading IP-based telecom and managed services provider to small- and medium-sized businesses, has completed the upgrade and expansion of the Birch IP-Network in Kansas City, Mo. Sixteen central offices in the Kansas City metro area have been built and customers’ services have been migrated to our new enhanced Birch IP-Network. This upgrade and expansion effort in Kansas City completes a multi-year effort to upgrade all of our networks across the southeastern and southwestern United States to a state-of-the-art, feature rich IP-based network.
