Zayo Group to Present at the CLE International Private Equity 5th Annual Conference

LOUISVILLE, Colo. – October 12, 2011 – Zayo will present at the CLE International Private Equity 5th Annual Conference taking place October 13 and 14, 2011. The conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt in Denver, CO.

Founder and CEO of the Zayo Group, Dan Caruso, will be speaking during the “Execution as a Competitive Edge” session on Friday, October 14, 2011 commencing at 10:30 AM MST.

Dan Caruso leads Zayo Group, a Colorado-based network operator that has acquired 16 companies since launching in 2007, which has grown to $287 million in annualized revenue.  Zayo provides telecom & internet infrastructure services over their regional, metro fiber & fiber to the tower networks that span 153 markets, including deep fiber networks in 31 states plus the District of Columbia.
