NaviSite Managed Application Services (MAS) for Deltek Costpoint enable government organizations and enterprise customers to implement a full-featured Costpoint solution while eliminating upfront capital expenditures and reducing operational costs.
Deltek Costpoint is an integrated, end-to-end financial management solution for project-driven organizations. The Costpoint application portfolio includes accounting, project management, human resources, time and attendance, operations, expense management, payroll, recruiting and business development. With the addition of Deltek Costpoint to NaviSite’s MAS portfolio, government contracting organizations and enterprise customers can combine the convenience – and full management support – of NaviSite’s award-winning application hosting platform with the robust feature set and functionality of the Costpoint solution.
NaviSite MAS for Costpoint includes on-boarding, application management, lifecycle management services, and service level guarantees:
- On-Boarding: NaviSite‘s experienced team manages and supports the on-boarding process using a structured process that minimizes deployment time. NaviSite has completed more than 200 MAS on-boarding projects.
- Application Management: NaviSite provides end-to-end, all-inclusive operational and functional management of Costpoint.
- Lifecycle Management Services: NaviSite’s support includes vendor-released patches.
- Service Level Guarantees: NaviSite offers comprehensive, guaranteed service levels, including application availability, ‘response & resolution’, change management, disaster recovery and performance.
As part of this partnership, Deltek and its customers will have access to NaviSite’s Sensitive Information Access Service (SIAS), which comprises policies, procedures, and defined approval processes that government organizations and government contractors can use to safeguard sensitive data. SIAS provides guidance and outlines procedures for identifying, safeguarding, using, and maintaining information that the Department of Homeland Security categorizes as Sensitive Security Information (SSI).
