NTT America and Capacity Media Offer Technology Workshop for Latin American Operators

“Best Practices for Network and Operational Management” workshop to take place prior to Capacity Latam

NEW YORK – March 15, 2011 – NTT America, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) and a Tier-1 global IP network services provider, today announced that it has partnered with Capacity Media to offer the “Best Practices for Network and Operational Management” technology workshop. The event, which NTT America is sponsoring along with Juniper Networks and Cariden Technologies, will take place on Monday, March 21, 2011 from 12:30 – 6:30 pm at the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel in Sao Paulo, Brazil prior to the start of Capacity Latam 2011.

The workshop is designed as a high-level forum to provide Latin American network operators the opportunity to learn from industry experts, such as NTT America, that have significant real-world experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) and operational management. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss their own experiences, challenges and successes with the experts, as well as problem solve from theoretical case studies and develop effective strategies to optimize their networks.
