Interoute’s opens new Operations Headquarters in Prague’s award winning, City West offices.

Prague, 3rd March 2011 – Interoute, owner and operator of Europe’s most advanced and densely connected voice and data network, has opened its Operations Headquarters in City West Prague, which won the award for New Administrative Center in the prestigious Best of Realty 2010. Interoute’s new and expanded Operations Headquarter represents a significant milestone in the company’s dramatic growth as a leading International provider of ICT solutions and large scalenetwork outsourcing and infrastructure projects. The new offices host the core of Interoute operations activities, encompassing 3700 sqm, as well as Interoute’s Operations Centre and sales operations for Central Eastern Europe. With over 300 employees, the headquarters is a strategic expansion to match Interoute’s  commitment to customer service excellence.  The new Prague office provides Interoute with the necessary expansion space to expand operations as Interoute ICT solutions continue to dramatically grow.

Housed within Interoute’s Prague office is its 24×7 Network Operations and Customer Contact Centre, which monitors and operations 60,000 kilometres ofService Provider and Enterprise ICT solutions covering 72 countries. Interoute’s customers include international enterprises such as Nintendo, Rentokil, BMW, Universal Music Entertainment and Mathon plus all the major service providers in Europe.  The Operations HQ is staffed by Interoute technical and customer service experts.
