(NASDAQ:TNDM, news, filings), a leading provider of global interconnection services, today announced that it anticipates it will be issuing its fourth quarter and year end 2010 earnings release and hosting a conference call to discuss the results during the first two weeks of March 2011.
The call will be held later this year than in prior years due to the additional time necessary to determine the financial results of Tinet, S.p.A. and include them in Neutral Tandem’s consolidated audited financial results. As previously disclosed, Neutral Tandem acquired Tinet S.p.A. on October 1, 2010. Neutral Tandem will issue a press release with the specific timing and details of the earnings conference call when the date is finally determined.
