Overture Networks Broadens Customer Service Commitment

Carrier Ethernet solutions provider builds on reputation for exceptional customer service by appointing industry veteran to new vice president of customer service and sales engineering position

Research Triangle Park, January 18, 2010 – Overture Networks, the industry’s trusted Carrier Ethernet solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Keith Donahue as vice president of customer service and sales engineering. Overture Networks developed this new position in order to enhance and extend the company’s commitment to providing its service provider customers around the globe with customized, expert assistance.

Before joining Overture, Donahue led the network services business unit of Aviat networks, a provider of wireless network solutions, where he grew revenue and profitability for maintenance and support services, and built Aviat’s global professional service and field service delivery capabilities. Before moving into services leadership, he led product line management for Aviat. Previously, Donahue drove several new business and product programs Harris Corporation. From 1997 to 2000, he was European Marketing Manager, based in the U.K. Donahue has also held product management assignments at Premisys Communications (acquired by Zhone Technologies) and AiT (acquired by 3Com). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, Montreal, Canada and a Master of Business Administration from University College, Dublin, Ireland.
