i/o CEO to Deliver Keynote Address on the Future of the Data Center

(PHOENIX, AZ) – i/o Data Centers (“i/o”), the leading provider of data centers as a service (DCaaS™), today announced that George Slessman, CEO of i/o, will deliver the keynote address at the Fall 2010 Site Uptime Network® Conference.

The conference is being held October 17-20 at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Conference Centre in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Slessman’s keynote address will be on “The Future of the Data Center.” The presentation is scheduled for Monday, October 18th at 8:15am EDT.

In addition, Mr. Slessman will present on “Why Scale Matters in the Data Center.” He will discuss how data center services engineered at scale provide enterprises, governments and service providers with unprecedented flexibility, reliability and energy-efficiency. This presentation will take place at 2:45pm EDT on Monday, October 18th.

Mr. Slessman will also participate in an interactive group discussion with the Uptime Institute’s Founder, Ken Brill to be facilitated by Pitt Turner. The panel is scheduled for 4:00pm EDT on Monday, October 18th.
