Zayo Leaders to Join Panel at COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2010 Convention & Expo in Dallas

ZAYO LEADERS TO JOIN PANEL AT COMPTEL PLUS FALL 2010
CONVENTION & EXPO IN DALLAS

(Louisville, CO) – August 26, 2010 –Zayo Bandwidth, a regional provider of fiber based bandwidth infrastructure and carrier neutral colocation services, announced today that two of its executives will be presenting at the COMPTEL PLUS Fall Convention & Expo being held at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center from September 12th – 15th in Dallas, Texas.

Co-Founder of Zayo Group and President and COO of Zayo Bandwidth, John Scarano, will be offering the buy-side perspective on a mergers and acquisitions panel entitled, “M&A: Is the climate right for consolidation?”, to be held on Monday, September 13, 2010 from 1:30 – 2:15 p.m.  Immediately following, from 2:30-3:15, Zayo Bandwidth’s Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Chris Murphy will be participate in a panel entitled, “Bandwidth Challenges:  How service providers meet their customers’ increasing demands”.

“Zayo has acquired 14 companies (soon to be 15 with the pending close of AFS) in just 3 years.  During this same period, we have nearly doubled our lit building footprint via construction versus the total acquired via M&A activity,” highlighted Mr. Scarano.  “We look forward to discussing the M&A process from all angles with our colleagues.”
