Alpheus Expands Metro Ethernet Network

– 50,000 additional buildings in Texas

HOUSTON, August 5, 2010:  Today Alpheus announced that it has greatly expanded its Ethernet network footprint, adding over 50,000 buildings in the major metropolitan Texas cities.  The enhanced database, available through www.alpheuscommunications.com, brings the total number of pre-qualified buildings ready for Alpheus Ethernet Service to over 58,000.  “We can provide Ethernet connectivity to far more than these 58,000 buildings, but identifying this set of pre-qualified locations helps our customers’ targeted marketing efforts as the world transitions to VoIP and other Ethernet-based services,” said Paul Hobby, Alpheus CEO.
