CoreSite Announces Additions to Its Management Team

New SVPs in IT, sales, and capital markets strengthen CoreSite’s leadership team and data center management capabilities.

Denver, CO – May 11, 2010 – National data center and peering provider CoreSite releases today the addition of three key members to its executive management team. The new senior vice presidents of information technology, sales, and capital markets will be located at the company’s headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

Chuck Price, CoreSite’s new senior vice president of information technology, is responsible for the overall technology strategy for CoreSite as well as overseeing the development, management, and security of all internal and external IT systems and applications. Mr. Price brings over 18 years of executive IT leadership experience. His background includes a wide range of industries and disciplines such as financial services, technology strategy, global data center operations, enterprise software development and IT security, and finance and governance for emerging, high growth organizations.

Prior to joining CoreSite, Mr. Price was the head of technology for TD Ameritrade Trust Company, where he was responsible for the business unit’s post-acquisition integration, technology strategy and operational excellence. Chuck has also held C-level positions at Fiserv Investment Support Services, Requisite Technology, Syngistix and Net Library.

Chris Bair, CoreSite’s new senior vice president of sales, is responsible for the sales and revenue growth of all CoreSite products. Mr. Bair brings 15 years of sales and management experience to CoreSite. Prior to joining CoreSite, Mr. Bair was vice president of sales and marketing at Qualifacts Systems, where he was responsible for the company’s post restructuring sales and marketing strategy as well as revenue growth across the company’s product lines and regional offices. Mr. Bair has also held roles of increasing responsibility in sales and operations at SunGard, Inflow and Time Warner Telecom.

Rob Sistek, CoreSite’s new senior vice president of capital markets, is responsible for structuring and executing the company’s debt and equity capital markets transactions and oversees the company’s treasury functions. Mr. Sistek brings more than a decade of direct capital markets experience to the CoreSite executive team. Prior to joining CoreSite, Mr. Sistek was a senior associate with The Carlyle Group, where he focused on U.S. real estate fund investments. Mr. Sistek also held the position of vice president of capital markets at DCT Industrial Trust as well as roles of increasing responsibility at ProLogis and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Rob has been directly involved in the structuring, negotiation and closing of more than $5 billion in corporate and real estate financing.
