Colt today confirmed the formal change of its name from COLT Telecom Group S.A to Colt Group S.A.
The change was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 29 April 2010 and was recorded by the Luxembourg Commercial and Trade Register on 20 May 2010.
Rakesh Bhasin, Chief Executive Officer said: “Colt is much more than a telecoms company. As Europe’s leading information delivery platform, we enable our customers to share, process and store vital business information. By changing our name, we are reflecting the changing mix of Colt’s business activities.”
