(NASDAQ: LVLT) is pleased to announce IT Europa has awarded Level 3 with the European Service Provider of the Year award at the European IT Excellence Awards 2010, the first pan–European awards event for IT and Telecoms channels. The awards were presented recently at a celebration at The Tower Hotel in London.
According to IT Europa, a leading European IT publisher and market intelligence organization, the European IT Excellence Awards are the first pan–European awards which recognise the crucial role that Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Solution Providers play in the delivery of real world solutions.

The European IT Excellence Awards were divided into two categories: ISVs and Solution Providers. Winners were selected by an independent panel of consultants and editors. Level 3 was awarded the European Service Provider of the Year in the Solutions Providers category for the success of the Level 3 European Partner Programme.
