Melissa Hathaway Elected to Terremark’s Board of Directors

MIAMI, Feb 08, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Terremark Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ:TMRK), a leading global provider of managed IT infrastructure services, today announced the election of Melissa Hathaway to its Board of Directors. Having served in two Presidential administrations, Hathaway brings more than 20 years of high-level public and private-sector experience and is considered one of the leading experts on cyber security matters.

Hathaway is President of Hathaway Global Strategies, LLC and a Senior Advisor at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center. Previously, she led the development of the Cyberspace Policy Review in her role as the Acting Senior Director for Cyberspace in the National Security Council of President Barack Obama’s administration. Prior to that, Hathaway served as Cyber Coordination Executive and Director of the Joint Interagency Cyber Task Force in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence under President George W. Bush.
