Portland, Ore. – Jan. 15, 2010 – Integra Telecom Inc., an integrated communications provider for business, has promoted Kelly Cooke to vice president of network cost management for Integra Telecom. Cooke will oversee the overall performance, development and management of the corporate network cost management and corporate project management departments for Integra Telecom. Based at Integra’s headquarters in Portland, Ore., Cooke previously served as the director of network cost management and corporate projects.

Cooke holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and a project management certificate from Portland State University. She is also a 2004 graduate of Leadership Clark County, a community leadership program designed to help citizens become more effective community leaders.
